- Shipping Methods and Timelines:
We offer standard shipping to all locations within India. The shipping time for each order may vary depending on the location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Typically, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days, depending on the location.
- Shipping Costs:
We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 999. For orders below INR 999, a nominal shipping fee of INR 40 will be charged during checkout.
- Shipping Confirmation :
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the shipping details .
- Delivery Attempts:
Our delivery partner, Shiprocket, will make three delivery attempts to the provided address. In case the delivery is not successful, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you to arrange for a re-delivery or a refund.
- Delivery Delays:
We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, sometimes delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay and provide an estimated delivery date.
- Damaged or Missing Items:
We take great care to ensure that all orders are packed securely and safely to prevent any damage during transit. However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package, and we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a refund. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

At this time, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to other countries in the near future.
