Refund Policy

At Unjhapharma, we strive to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and meet the expectations of our customers. We do not offer refunds for any of our products. However, we do offer replacements in certain circumstances.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email with your order details, including customer details and order ID. We will promptly review your claim and, if found to be valid, we will replace the product free of charge.

Please note that we do not offer replacements for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer. We also do not offer replacements for products that have been tampered with or altered in any way.

-Exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Unjha Pharmacy 

-COD orders are not eligible for Refund under any circumstances.

-Damages due to the user’s mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.

-Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

-Ayusiddh Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds
